The next edition of SOL (formerly known as Sol&Agrifood) will take place on 6 - 9 April 2025 at Verona Fiera. The international olive oil trade show will run in parallel with three interconnected exhibitions – Vinitaly, Xcellent Beers, and Enolitech. It will open its doors to professionals in the olive and HoReCa sectors, bringing forward high quality produce and technological innovations.
SOL 2025 will cover the entire olive oil supply chain. The recent product expansion of the exhibition, part of a long-term strategy to provide a more comprehensive platform for virgin and extra virgin olive oil offerings, will continue into 2025. Visitors will be able to explore table olives, pickled olives, flavored oils and spreads based on olive oil. In addition to food items, oil-based cosmetic products and nutraceutical products featuring oil and olive leaves will be available.
In 2025 SOL participants will have access to numerous demonstrations, guided tastings, networking and training opportunities. The SOL 2025 event programme will include talks, workshops and conferences. Eagerly awaited by the sector, the Sol d’Oro competition will highlight exceptional products in 6 main categories: Extra Virgin, Monovarietal, Organic, DOP (Protected Designation of Origin), Absolute Beginners, and the newly launched Big Producers.
